Rava Kesari:
Roasted Rava 1 cup.
Sugar 2 cup.
Water 3 cups.
Cardamom 1 pinch.
Kesari colour 1 pinch..
Ghee 1/4 cup.
Cashew nuts 10-12 no.
Dry grapes 10 - 12 no.
Method:
1.Heat 1 tbsp of Ghee in a pan and roast the Rava till a nice smell comes out.
2.Roast the cashew first when it started changing colour put the grapes,saute it switch off and keep aside..
3.Take another pan ,boil 3 cups of water.Once done addcardamom powder, kesari powder & pinch of salt(Salt will bring out the flavors that you are using in your recipe, it helps bring out the sweetness, tartness, savoryness.) and mix throughly.
4. Now add the Roasted Rava slowly and mix constantly so that no lumps are formed.
5.Allow the rava to be cooked at medium heat,When it is fully cooked.
6.Now add the sugar,when the sugar is fully dissolved add the ghee.Mix well.
7.Switch off the flame once the required consistency is reached.
Serve hot with nuts and dry grapes.
