Mixed VEG Sambar:
1.Toor dal 2 small cup.
2.Tamarind Amla size.
3.Onion 2 medium size(sliced).

4. Drumstick(Murungaikai) 1 no.
5.Brinjal (Kathirikai)3 no.
5.Ladies finger(Vendaikkai) 4 no.(cut in to medium size)
6.White Radish (Mullangee)1 small size(Nicely sliced).
7.Small carrot 1 Small.
8.Broad Beans (Avarakkai).4 no.(Cut in to medium size).
9.Garlic 6 pods and Green chilly 2 slited.
10..Sambar powder 2 tbsp.
11.Chilly powder 1 tbsp.
12.Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp.
13.Turmeric powder 1/2 + 1/2 tbsp.
14.Coriander leaves(chopped).
For Seasoning:
1.Cooking oil 2 tbsp.
2.Mustard seed 2 tbsp.
3.Fenugreek(methi) seed 1 tbsp.
4.Asafoetida(perunkayam) 1 pinch.
5.Curry Leaves,2 Red chilly.

Preparation:
Soak tamarind in warm water for 15 minutes. Get pulp using 1 cup of water.
